Contracting Assistance Program Qualifications
The Historically Under Utilized Business Zones (HUBZone) program fuels small business growth in historically underutilized business zones with a goal of awarding at least three percent of federal contract dollars to HUBZone-certified companies each year. Can receive sole source awards / directed awards up to $4M, with a 10% price evaluation preference in full and open contract competition, as well as subcontracting.
